What do ‘Start price’ and ‘Condition’ columns stand for? |
‘Start Price’ is actually the price to start with when bidding for a particular car lot. Start price is defined by the seller and usually is lower than the final price. ‘Condition’ describes actual condition of a particular car. All auction lots undergo vehicle inspection before placement onto auction lists. The inspection is carried out by the auction staff. They examine car body and interior, and check engine and transmission. Upon completion of the procedure the inspectors score final points, which become key indicator of a car general condition. |
