Auction sheet is a vehicle condition report form filled out by auction staff during a standard inspection procedure. Each auction has its own technical support staff. In the photo above you can see USS Tokyo technicians checking up engine and filling out the sheet.

Upon completion of inspection procedure each car is marked by condition final points. Very-very good condition of a car is graded as 7 to 4.5 points, good condition – 4 to 3.5 points. Fair or poor vehicle condition is graded as 3 points, or even less.
